Top-ups and upgrades

Some plans allow article top-ups mid-cycle. If you need seats, workspaces, or features on a higher tier, upgrade from Billing. Annual billing may offer a lower effective monthly price where shown on the pricing page.

Managing payment

From Billing you can view usage, open the customer portal for payment methods and invoices, and start checkout for upgrades or top-ups when billing is enabled for your account.

Do unused articles roll over?

Plan rules can change; check your Billing screen and plan terms for the current period. When in doubt, contact support before a big campaign.

Who pays on a team account?

Billing is account-level. Workspace members share the plan’s article and scan allowances according to your seat setup.
