CMS connections

Connect WordPress and other destinations; publish without copy-paste.

CMS connections cards for WordPress and other destinations
Connect once, verify, then publish from the article editor.

CMS Connections push finished articles to your content system. Connect a destination, verify credentials, then publish from the article as draft, live, or scheduled when the CMS supports it.

How to connect

  1. 1
    Open CMS Connections

Under Brand in the sidebar. Only owners and admins can manage connections.

  2. 2
    Choose a destination

Available options appear in the catalog. Some may be listed as coming soon.

  3. 3
    Enter credentials and verify

For WordPress, use an Application Password — not your main login password. Verification must succeed before publish is enabled.

  4. 4
    Publish from an article

Open a finished article and use the publish flow to send it to the connected CMS.

Security basics

  • Credentials are stored securely and not returned to the browser after save
  • Disconnect anytime and revoke credentials on the CMS side as well
  • Prefer least-privilege application passwords over owner account passwords
