Research-to-Ready: how every article is built
The full editorial workflow behind every RankForGEO article — from intent to publish-ready draft.

Research-to-Ready is RankForGEO’s end-to-end editorial workflow. Writing is only one step. The system prepares evidence, structure, draft, verification, and scores — then hands you a finished article to approve.
Stages you will see
- Understanding intent — topic, audience, and content strategy
- Researching sources — authoritative material and verifiable facts
- Building the outline — full topic coverage and structure
- Writing the article — draft grounded in research and your voice
- Optimizing for SEO — keywords, headings, and on-page structure
- Fact-checking claims — statistics and statements checked against sources
- Editorial review — clarity, argument, and brand fit
- Citations and polish — claims linked to sources, final refinement
- FAQs — reader questions that strengthen the page
- Final quality pass — scores for quality, SEO, and AI-citation readiness
While generation runs
- Progress updates live on the generation screen
- You can navigate away — work continues in the background
- You will get a notification when the article is ready (and email when enabled)
- If something fails, retry or contact support with the article title and time
What you control
- Topic, keywords, sources, and writing style before generate
- Full edit of the draft after generation
- Whether and when to publish
- Optional client review links before publish (plan-dependent)
How this differs from chat tools
A chat prompt produces text. Research-to-Ready produces a prepared page: researched, structured, fact-checked, scored for SEO and GEO, and written toward your workspace voice. That is why first drafts still deserve human review — but they start much closer to publishable.
The in-app assistant can apply this guide to your site — scores, gaps, and next steps from your data.
