Understanding article scores
Readability, technical SEO, GEO, and Trust — what each dial means and what to do.

Every finished article includes scores so you know where it stands before it goes live. Scores are guidance, not guarantees of rankings or citations.
Readability
How close the prose lands to the reading level you chose. The score drops if writing is too dense or too simple for that level — not only when it is hard. Fix by shortening sentences, clarifying jargon, or matching your audience’s expertise.
Technical (SEO structure)
Headings, links, meta hygiene, and structure that help search engines understand the page. Higher means better organized for classic search. Fix missing metas, weak heading hierarchy, or thin sections called out in the checklist.
GEO / AI-citation readiness
How citable the draft is for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, and similar). Clear structure, answerable passages, and solid sourcing lift this score. Fix by adding direct answers near headings and ensuring claims are well supported.
Trust
How well factual claims hold up. Statistics and statements are checked against sources; unverified claims lower Trust. Aim high before publishing sensitive or numbers-heavy topics.
What “good enough” looks like
There is no single magic number for every niche. Use scores relatively: fix critical Trust issues first, then technical and GEO blockers, then polish readability. When scores are solid and claims look right to a human expert, you are ready to publish.
