Writing styles

Writing styles (brand voices) tell RankForGEO how a workspace should sound — tone, expertise, and phrasing. Higher plans allow more styles (for example brand default vs founder voice).

Create and manage styles

1. Open Writing Styles in the sidebar
2. Create a style and name it clearly for your team
3. Add samples or guidance that reflect real writing
4. Set a default style used unless you pick another at generate time

Knowledge

Add notes or URLs the workspace should remember — product facts, positioning, banned phrases. That context reduces re-briefing every article.
